No, there is NO setup charges or hidden charges, the quotation we provide is the exact and only cost you need to pay.

No, there is no extra cost for general use of logo on lanyards. You can use only your logo or message, even you can use logo & message both on the lanyards. However, please note that if the length of the repeated unit(either message only or message plus logo) should be less than 390mm, or there would be extra imprint mold(s) cost. Also extra cost for multiple imprinted colors will be charged accordingly for imprinted style if needed.

MOQ or Minimum Order Quantity means the least quantity eligible to order. We offer 20 pcs MOQ for many styles.

Yes, you can get pre-production samples before ordering large orders, you need to pay for sample cost, but as soon as you place the main order for mass production after pre-pros approval, the sample cost will be deducted from your final cost.
